Class Descriptions

Align & Flow:

We will delve a little deeper into the yoga postures, exploring alignment, energetic focus and sequencing of poses. With ongoing attention to breath as an integral part of one's yoga practice. This class is great for those with experience but also very supportive of those who are new.

Gentle Align & Flow:

A well rounded class with a slower approach and an emphasis on breath. This class offers an entry point for the beginner student and also support for those who wish for a nourishing ongoing practice.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is a rebalancing and energising practice focusing on breath, body and movement awareness. The practice includes a series of ‘flowing’ Asana (poses) in addition to holding and exploring Asana more deeply, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Meditation. A Hatha yoga practice is the foundation from which many forms of yoga have derived. The word comes from ‘Ha' meaning Sun, and ‘Tha' meaning Moon, and can be seen as a union of energies through the body.
Suitable for all experience levels.

Hatha Flow and Restore
Spending the first half of the class in a Hatha Flow practice, and transitioning into restorative long held poses using the assistance of yoga props.  Emphasis shifts into a space of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. Working with the subtle body, an opportunity to pause, creating space for deep constructive rest.

Suitable for all experience levels.


Small group Pilates mat classes for strength, stretch, alignment, and stability

Pregnancy & Birth Yoga

Postures for vitality and ease. Breathing for inner balance. Deep relaxation and time to connect with your baby. Essential skills that help lead to an empowered birth.


Mums & Bubs Yoga

Revitalise your energy, re-tone your body, take time for gentle nurturing and enjoy peaceful relaxation with your baby. Yoga brings calm into the life of a mother.

Empowering Vinyasa with Yin and Pranayama

This series offers you a different approach to Vinyasa.  Bringing you a beautiful empowering practice, while guiding you for your own body type and needs.  We follow the Vinyasa with yin opening and aligning the body in preparation for traditional pranayama and meditation. The class will leave you will a feeling of empowerment, and energy.

Series One we will be building on traditional postures and building knowledge and strength over the four weeks.


Series Two will introduce more challenging sequences and deeper traditional practises of pranayama.

Restorative Meditation & Mantra

Slow restorative movement using breath, and traditional teachings to calming the mind, releasing tension and restoring energy. Mantra (sound) is introduced with breathing practises and then followed with deep deep relaxation techniques.


$180 for the ten week term of yoga

$135 for the nine week term of pilates

$20 casual attendance.

$25 for Restorative classes

Julia gives specialised workshops offering practical skills for couples to approach labour and birth with clarity and confidence. In these workshops you will have the opportunity to explore together positions, breathing and relaxation for the different stages of labour.
